Effective 4/16/24 Terrarium Bar appointments and private parties will no longer be available for booking.
While our terrarium bar appointments have always been a fun addition to the environment we have created in our shop over the past 5 years, unfortunately those appointments have only made up for about 10% of the monthly purchases our customers make at Terrarium. After much deliberation, we have decided that we can no longer dedicate 40% of our retail space to only 10% of our business, and maintain fair pricing for our primary selection : amazing house plants. Over the next month or so, we will be making some updates to our store layout and product offerings to better serve our plant and botanical decor loving customers.
We will continue to offer a wider variety of custom made terrariums and refreshes for previously purchased terrariums, as well as terrarium supplies and kits you can take home and make yourself using our detailed instructions. You will also be able to pre-order kits for terrarium making parties at your own home. And as part of our remodel. we will be expanding our overall selection of plants, planters and pots, plant care supplies, display inspiration, gifts and other decor items.
Should you still be interested in a group/class for terrarium making, we will now be referring those appointments to one of our local business partners. Please don’t hesitate to ask.
